2. What personal data we process

When you create a reservation, we process:

• first name and surname,
• email address,
• phone number,
• reservation details, in particular the selected appointment and service,
• data related to changing, confirming or cancelling a reservation.

3. Purpose of processing

We use personal data exclusively to:

• receive and assess a reservation request,
• confirm or refuse a reservation,
• communicate in connection with the reservation,
• change or cancel an appointment,
• handle questions or issues relating to the reservation.

We do not use personal data to send marketing messages, nor do we sell it to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before providing the service and subsequently to perform the agreement for the reserved service.

Providing the data listed above is necessary to create and manage a reservation. Without providing them, the reservation cannot be processed.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep reservation data for at most 12 months from the date of the reserved appointment. We then delete or anonymise it, unless further retention is necessary to meet a legal obligation or to protect our legal claims.

Pending or incomplete reservation requests are deleted within 30 days at the latest.

6. Who may be given access to the data

Only persons who operate the studio and manage reservations have access to personal data.

For the technical operation of reservations and communication we use Google services. Providers of these services may act as processors of personal data.

We do not disclose personal data to other persons except where required by law.

7. Data security

Access to reservation data is limited to authorised persons. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, in particular secured user accounts.

8. Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to:

• request access to your personal data,
• request rectification of inaccurate data,
• request erasure of data where they are no longer needed,
• request restriction of processing,
• object to processing where the legal conditions are met,
• lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

9. Automated decision-making

When processing reservations we do not use automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal or similarly significant effects.

10. Changes to this information

We may update this information, especially if the way the reservation system works or the services we use change.
